Shipping Notes:

Free Shipping applies to selected items on orders over $75 (merchandise total, purchased gift certificates not included). Free shipping applies to the most economical ground shipping method within the contiguous US. If your order qualifies for free shipping, but your order contains one or more ineligible items, additional shipping charges may apply for those ineligible items. A bulk item surcharge may apply on large or heavy items. If you return an item that qualified for free or reduced shipping, any shipping savings will be deducted from the refund amount.
Expedited shipping options are available for in stock items shipping within the contiguous US. Guaranteed delivery dates are updated at 3:00 PM EST Monday through Friday (except shipping holidays). BestNest requires a street address for all guaranteed delivery options. If a street address is not provided, we cannot guarantee a delivery date and may need to contact you for a deliverable street address.
UPS, FedEx, USPS, LTL Truck and International shipping and handling options are available. S/H options and pricing are based on order characteristics such as item weights and package sizes and the delivery address. All available S/H options and pricing are shown during checkout once delivery address has been provided.
Delivery time depends on the delivery address and the selected S/H option. Estimated delivery times are provided for each S/H option during checkout.
S/H options for US orders outside the contiguous 48 states and international orders will be provided during checkout after delivery address has been provided.
Additional taxes, duties, tariffs, or fees may be imposed upon receipt for International orders by the destination country.

We stock nearly all of the items we offer in our Cincinnati, OH warehouse. Most orders received by 3:00 pm EST are shipped out the same day and guaranteed delivery options are available for in stock orders.

FedEx Ground Standard S/H
Below is an estimated time in transit map for our FedEx Ground Standard S/H option. Note that FedEx Ground deliveries are not made on the weekend, and those days should not be counted when estimating a delivery date. FedEx Home Delivery (a completely different service option than FedEx Ground), however, makes deliveries Tuesday thru Saturday.
