The soft eye cups fold back to oblige eyeglass wearers, and the exterior rubber armor assures a firm hold on the item, even in poor weather. The Crossfire has a durable, compact roof prism design, and is sealed with O-rings to prevent dust and moisture from entering the unit. Nitrogen gas purging within the piece also keeps it waterproof and fogproof. The optics magnify items up to 10 times, and can even accept an adapter (not included) to be tripod mounted. The binocular may be carried by its included neck strap or placed in the included soft carrying case, and the tethered lens covers prevent scratches.
