A solid metal divider in the center of the item creates a second tube, with a 0.25" square mesh. This side holds 1.15 quarts of large seed, such as peanut chunks or whole sunflower seeds, and a perch on this side offers a spot for a bird to rest and eat. The larger mesh on this half of the unit allows clinging birds to dine with comfort and ease. An integrated baffle at the base of the tube directs seed out the two ports, and the wide lid keeps it protected from moisture. Drainage holes on the attached tray keep seed fresh, and the rim of this tray creates added perching for different birds. For more variety, spread extra sunflower seed on the tray for larger birds to have a snack.
