Bring a nature-inspired feeding station to your garden using the Coveside Hopper Bird Feeder. This generous feeder easily holds seed for a bevy of birds, and its significant platform allows several to feed at once. The frame is crafted from eastern white pine, with plastic panels on two sides to create the reservoir. The generous hopper holds 8 quarts of seed, keeping your birds well fed and allowing you fewer trips to refill the unit. The feed levels remain visible through the clear sides, and wood trim around the base creates a feeding platform. Perforated metal screening on the bottom provides drainage, while the pitched roof overhangs all sides of the feeder to keep birds and seed dry. A hinge at the top of the roof enables one side to lift upward for cleaning and refilling the item, and a wooden baffle in the center of the reservoir keeps seed moving to either side, preventing a messy build up. Attach a mounting bracket (not included) to the base of this feeder to easily post or pole mount it. The wood construction will age beautifully over time, while withstanding the elements.
