A hammered finish on the roof and tray add dimension, and helps scatter sunlight through your yard. A plastic seed tube connects the square roof to the round base, accommodating up to 1.2 quarts of seed, such as safflower, sunflower, or cracked corn. Three depressions on the base tray allow seed to spread onto it, offering birds a convenient perch while dining. Three drainage holes on this base help excess water escape, while the 9.5" square roof protects the unit from additional moisture. A metal rod threads through the center of the item, keeping it securely together and offering a convenient hanger. Lift the roof up this rod for easy cleaning and refilling.
