Auto Seed Subscription Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the Auto Seed Subscription Service ("Service") provided by BestNest Inc. ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") to customers ("Customer" or "you"). By enrolling in the Service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
  1. Subscription Service
    The Auto Seed Subscription Service allows customers to select eligible products for automatic, recurring shipments at chosen intervals. Subscription products, quantities, and shipment intervals will be specified at the time of enrollment.
  2. Eligibility
    Only eligible products, as listed on BestNest.com, may be included in the subscription. BestNest Inc. reserves the right to change the list of eligible products at any time without prior notice.
  3. Recurring Orders
    By enrolling in the Service, you agree to receive recurring shipments of the selected product(s) at the interval you choose. You will be charged for each shipment at the then-current price of the product plus applicable taxes and shipping fees.
  4. Product Substitution
    BestNest Inc. reserves the right to substitute products in your subscription with similar products, including adjustments in quantity, to ensure you receive the value equal to or greater than your original order. We may also replace species of wildlife seed and feed based on availability. You will be notified in advance of any substitutions or changes.
  5. Order Changes and Cancellations
    You may modify or cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your BestNest.com account or contacting customer service. Changes to your shipment date may be made as early as the next day and up to 5 days before the next scheduled shipment. Any changes made after this period will apply to future shipments. Cancellations must also be made before the next scheduled shipment to take effect for that shipment.
  6. Billing and Payment
    You authorize BestNest Inc. to charge the payment method on file for each recurring order until you modify or cancel your subscription. Payment is due at the time of shipment.
  7. Shipping
    Shipping costs will be calculated and applied to each order based on the selected products and shipping destination. The delivery schedule will follow the intervals chosen during your subscription setup.
  8. Returns and Refunds
    Returns and refunds for subscription products are subject to BestNest Inc.'s standard return policy, available on BestNest.com. Please review the return policy before initiating a return.
  9. Termination by BestNest Inc.
    BestNest Inc. reserves the right to cancel or terminate your subscription at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to product discontinuation or suspected misuse of the Service.
  10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
    We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on BestNest.com, and continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
