A plug at the top of the pump removes for priming the item up to 25' prior to use. The heavy duty, single phase, 2 horsepower motor runs on 230 volts, and the item has a maximum flow rate of 76 gallons per minute for plenty of water flow. Its working maximum pressure of 49 PSI provides strength to the water flow, and an attached, bottom bracket makes placement simple. Gallons Per Minute (GPM) represents the maximum amount of water your pump is capable of pushing at a given discharge pressure. To reduce discharge pressure and frictional losses, increase the pipe diameter.
