This adds a streamlined look and protects the rolled steel body from the elements. The unit arrives precharged to 28 PSI, and is rated to function efficiently between 30 and 50 PSI. The butyl diaphragm inside the tank is FDA approved, and keeps air separate from the water. An additional polypropylene liner protects the steel from condensation for added effectiveness. The unit has a working maximum pressure rating of 100 PSI, and an air relief nipple on one end of the tank aids in regulating this. The 14 gallon capacity will keep a generous supply of water ready for use in your kitchen or laundry room, and the metal base easily secures this tank to a level surface near your pump. The included bracket at the top of the item can accommodate an existing pump (not included), for an all in one system. A threaded inlet at the front of the tank accommodates 0.75" piping, and the air relief nipple on the back helps maintain safe pressure.
