The design of this condo-style bird house gives the appearance of three row houses reminiscent of those standing in downtown Charleston, SC, and their pink, purple, and green hues make for an eye-catching decoration. Each of the three row houses feature different shapes and styles of black windows trimmed with white, and various styles of black doors sit at the bottom of each. Two imitation palm trees stand in front of the center building, which extends higher than the other two and features a faux bird entrance between its top windows and even an imitation chimney protruding from its roof. All three wood shingled roofs of the structure are painted black, matching the doors and windows and creating stark contrast with the colors of the house. The walls at both ends of the entire birdhouse contain 1.25" bird entrances above their imitation windows, each leading to one of two compartments inside. An 11.75" x 2.75" panel on the back of the bird house is removable for access to routine cleaning and maintenance while also revealing inside a 0.125" thick divider between the compartments and mesh ladder in each leading up to the entrances. Mount this structure to a wall or post using the two metal hangers affixed to its backside, or atop a post with an appropriate mounting plate (not included).
