This kit allows you to roughen the surface of liners before applying QuickPrime Plus, to better seam two sections of liner together.
Attach the pads to the holder quickly and easily using the small securing hooks on the bottom of the holder.
These handles provide plenty of gripping spots, making it easier to use the scrubber pads.
