FedEx Ground Standard S/H
Below is an estimated time in transit map for our FedEx Ground Standard S/H option. Note that FedEx Ground deliveries are not made on the weekend, and those days should not be counted when estimating a delivery date. FedEx Home Delivery (a completely different service option than FedEx Ground), however, makes deliveries every day of the week. Service selections are automatically made by FedEx based on the address provided. Residential deliveries will by default ship via FedEx Home, and shipments to a business will ship via FedEx Ground.



UPS Ground Standard S/H
Below is an estimated time in transit map for our UPS Ground Standard S/H option. Note that UPS deliveries are not made on the weekend, and those days should not be counted when estimating a delivery date.



LTL (Less Than Truckload) S/H

Shipments by LTL are delivered as close as possible to the recipient's property line, and the recipient is responsible for unloading products. An LTL Shipping and Handling cost will be available only after entering your delivery address information. This shipping charge does not include a liftgate nor other services; however, these often can be provided by the shipping company for an additional fee. Any damage must be noted at the time of delivery. Signature for the goods without notation of damage or missing pieces is acknowledgment that everything has been received and is intact. If items are delivered damaged, note specific information of how on the delivery receipt. Customer service can be contacted at 513-232-4225 to assist with a resolution after the delivery. Refusal of delivery will result in additional charges.

Shipping Notes:

• Free Shipping applies to select items on orders over $75 (merchandise total; gift certificates not included). Free shipping applies to the most economical ground shipping method within the contiguous United States. If your order qualifies for free shipping, but contains one or more ineligible items, additional shipping charges may apply for those ineligible items. A bulk item surcharge may apply on large or heavy items. If you return an item that qualified for free or reduced shipping, any shipping savings will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Expedited shipping options are available for in stock items shipping within the contiguous US. Guaranteed delivery dates are updated at 3:00 PM EST Monday through Friday (except shipping holidays). The shipping company requires a street address for all guaranteed delivery options. If a street address is not provided, we cannot guarantee a delivery date and may need to contact you for a deliverable street address. If we are not able to reach you in time for your order to ship, your order may be canceled.
• UPS, FedEx, USPS and LTL Truck shipping and handling options are available on select orders. S/H options, and pricing, and availability are based on order characteristics such as item weights, package dimensions, and the delivery address. All available S/H options and pricing are shown during checkout once a delivery address has been provided.
• Delivery time depends on the delivery address and the selected S/H option. Please view the Estimated Delivery Schedule for additional information.
• S/H options for domestic orders outside the contiguous 48 states will be provided during checkout after a delivery address has been provided, if available.
• Smaller items are often placed inside larger items for protection during shipping. Please remove all items from the shipping carton and open any larger items or boxes. Please also look through all bundled paper to locate all parts of your order.
