Firestone Pond Liner, 20' W (3 Firestone Pond Liner, 20' W)
Firestone PondGard EPDM rubber is the industry standard for decorative pond liner. The PondGard membrane is based on ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) synthetic rubber, a highly flexible yet stable waterproofing membrane with a proven performance history in exposed applications. PondGard retains its high flexibility, even in cold weather. It can easily be shaped to fit the unique contours of any pond. PondGard shows outstanding resistance to the harmful effects of ultraviolet radiation (UV), ozone and other environmental conditions. PondGard exhibits a high tensile strength and an outstanding resistance to puncture, and once installed, requires little or no maintenance. PondGard is specially formulated to be safe for exposure to fish and plant life in decorative ponds while resisting microbial and algae attack. It passed both the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the American Society for Testing and Material (ASTM) International test requirements in regard for the safety of fish and aquatic plants.
Pond Liner comes in standard widths from 5' to 50' and in lengths up to 200'. For any cuts wider than 50', it is necessary to splice multiple pieces together.

To calculate required liner size, determine the rectangular size of your pond. If your pond is irregular, determine the size rectangle in which your pond will fit. The liner size your pond will require can be calculated as follows: the planned width plus twice the depth and 2 feet for the edges and the length plus twice the depth and, again, 2 feet for the edges. For example, if you wish to build a 10' x 15' pond that is 4' in depth, you would need a 20' x 25' liner (10 + 4 + 4 + 2 = 20' wide; 15 + 4 + 4 + 2 = 25' long).
