Three dimensional pinecones, needles, and branches grace the 9.375" square roof, bringing a natural look to the unit. This roof covers the clear plastic seed tube, protecting it from moisture. This significant reservoir holds 2.2 quarts of seed, and enables easy monitoring of feed levels. Three seed ports on the base of the item allow birds to have easy access to the seed, and the round 8.125" diameter base offers perching to your feathered friends. The verdigris background of the top and base are enhanced by copper colored highlights on raised ridges, for a dramatic effect. As the verdigris finish is hand applied, individual items may vary. A steel hanger threads through the item to keep it stable, and acts as a hanger as well. Simply slide the roof up this hanger for easy cleaning and filling.
