The rubber casing around the item acts as armor to protect it, while an ultra hard, scratch-resistant coating on the exterior lenses prevents damage from oil and dirt. The rubber casing also offers a secure grip, and combined with its included rain guard, allows you to use the binocular even in wet weather. The center hinge enables you to adjust both the interpupillary distance of the barrels, as well as find the perfect comfortable fit for your hands.
