The 0.25" thick PVC resin seed reservoir has a birch tree pattern, complete with shadows and contours to evoke texture and pattern. A faux wood grain on the recycled plastic roof furthers the theme. This bold seed tube holds 1.2 quarts of safflower, sunflower, or mixed seed, and the four ports allow a few birds to dine at once. Each port is crafted from lexan plastic to keep seed levels visible, while sturdy metal surrounds them for added contrast and strength. This reservoir has vents on the bottom for air passage, keeping seed fresh, and the clever snap-out base enables the unit to be disassembled without tools for thorough cleanings. Clips on the roof keep it locked into place, preventing squirrels from raiding it, and the roof lifts up on the attached hanger for easy refills.
