Add an active and sturdy feeding station to your yard using the Stokes Hopper Bird Feeder. This substantial feeder offers seed to your birds, while resisting the elements and keeping feed fresh. The tall hopper is crafted from a recycled metal frame, with two clear plastic panels completing the reservoir. This reservoir holds up to 4.5 quarts of sunflower seed, peanut splits, or mixed seed for the delight of your birds. A gap at the base on each side creates a spot for birds to reach the seed, and perches surrounding the item offer them a place to rest. The clear plastic panels keep feed levels visible for easy maintenance, and a significant seed baffle keeps it moving to the tray for a clean feeder. Drainage holes help seed stay dry by enabling excess water to escape. The pitched, dark brown metal roof protects the seed, and lifts up the metal cable for cleaning. The feeder is crafted from recycled materials, for an environmentally sound unit, and the light brown, speckled color of the frame adds a natural effect. For versatility, this item may be hung with the attached cable, or pole mounted (not included) using the built-in socket on the base.
