The sturdy body, durable materials, and streamlined design make this pump perfect for transferring water, irrigating your garden, or supplementing your home water pressure. Its 2� diameter suction enables full water flow, and the discharge accepts 1 1/2" piping to direct the water toward your supply system or holding tank. This robust item can be used in either above ground or underground applications, self primes up to 25�, and its high efficiency, thermoplastic impeller remains efficient. A plug at the top of the pump removes prior to first use, so the pump may be filled with water to prime it. Once properly filled, the pump should never lose its prime and faithfully recirculate or move water. The heavy duty, single phase motor can run on either 115 or 230 volts, and its 2 horsepower, 3450 RPMs will surely power your system. This unit has a maximum flow rate of 89 gallons per minute, and a working maximum pressure of 48 PSI. Use the attached bracket to secure this pump to a level surface as close as possible to your water source, and ensure it is protected from the elements for optimal performance.
