This versatile and rugged pump can be used for shallow wells up to 25� deep or in medium wells up to 90� with its included injector kit. The cast iron body ensures a long life and hardy casing, while the glass filled thermoplastic impeller creates an efficient water flow. A pressure switch on the side of the pump enables it to run only between 30 and 50 PSI, with an automatic shut off to protect the unit from sudden pressure increases. The included injector kit attaches to the front of the pump for shallow wells, or can be installed within the deep well for more lift. Its heavy duty, single phase motor can use either 115 or 230 volts, offering a reliable unit for years to come, and its 1/2 horsepower, 3450 RPMs will meet all your home water supply needs. Use a single 1 1/4� pipe on the inlet for a shallow well, or use a dual 1 1/4� pipe for deep wells. For significant runs, increase the pipe size to 1 1/2� to maximize water flow. The top outlet accepts 1� MNPT pipe, and can be directed to a service line or water tank. Place this pump on a level surface near your well, secured to the ground with its integrated bottom bracket, or place it atop a water storage tank to keep it within easy reach. Ensure that the unit is fully primed prior to first use, to keep the pump running safely and efficiently.
