This rugged, lasting unit easily relocates water from your existing basin or lift station, while the tethered float ensures safe operation. The unit rests in any 18� diameter or larger basin, and will remain durable and reliable thanks to its cast iron housing. The clog resistant design can accommodate up to 3/8� spherical solids, and its robust motor is made for average water volumes. The bottom inlet is surrounded by a ring of smaller, cast iron pegs, offering safe and efficient water flow. The thermally protected motor keeps the pump from overheating, while the dielectric oil in the item ensures a long life for the bearings. Using 115 volts for power, this unit connects to a grounded outlet easily with its 3 pronged plug, and the 8� long cord offers versatility in placement. A secondary, 7.5� long cord attached to the float has a piggyback outlet, enabling the item to be used with a switch, and the 1/3 horsepower will meet your water removal needs handily.
