| Pondmaster Mainstream Utility Sump Pump, 6MSP, 1400 gph Remove water from your basement, pool bottom, or pond using the Pondmaster Mainstream Utility Sump Pump. This versatile item effectively relocates water from flooded rooms to help keep your home safe and dry. Submerge the pump in at least 3 1/4" of water, so the screened inlet on the base can begin to move it. This also aids in keeping the 1/6 HP motor cooled for a lasting item. The round bottom is designed to fit most pool drains, and the unit will pump water down to 1/8" for a significant amount of removal. A molded carrying handle at the top of the pump allows you to reposition it as needed, and the high impact thermoplastic housing creates a durable tool. Connect the 3/4" barbed adapter to the threaded outlet to remove water with a standard garden hose, or use the included 1 1/2" adapter with your pool vacuum hose. A 1" male threaded fitting may be attached to the outlet to accommodate a variety of other tubing. The 25' long cord allows the pump to be placed in shallow or deep sections of your pool, and its strain relief design keeps the cord securely attached.
