This bright red unit adds bold color and shape to your backyard, furthered by its significant roof and base. The all steel construction forms a durable feeder, made to withstand the elements and deter squirrels from chewing on it. The mesh reservoir holds 2.5 quarts of sunflower or mixed seed, and its 0.5� long and 0.125� wide openings allow clinging birds to reach seed easily. A matching red, solid metal tray sits at the bottom of the reservoir, creating perching area for larger birds, while several drainage holes here help seed remain dry. A slightly raised section of the base directs seed outward, so birds can reach it easily and the reservoir empties completely. The two part roof further protects seed, and the center section of it has a raised cardinal shape for added excitement. This center disc secures onto the top of the roof with two latches, which can be moved to lift the roof and refill the piece. Hang this unit from a hook or bracket using the attached metal loop hanger, offering your birds a fun feeding station.
