Little Giant High Volume Pump, 1200 gph

Remove water from unwanted areas using the Little Giant High Volume Pump. This durable pump is specifically engineered for dewatering and recirculating applications, particularly high water volumes. The epoxy coated, cast aluminum pump housing offers rust resistance, and the unit is both fully submersible and able to be used on the water surface. The thermal overload design of the motor prevents it from running after reaching a certain temperature, and uses the surrounding water to cool the pump if submerged. A bottom inlet screen not only protects the motor from small debris, it also allows the pump to remove water to within 3/8� of the surface on which it is resting. If more water needs to be relocated, remove the bottom screen. This will allow the pump to move water to 1/8� depth. The 1/6 horsepower motor can move up to 520 gallons per hour at 20 feet of head height, and the included adapter attaches to a standard garden hose easily. The outlet also accepts 1� MNPT fittings without the adapter, for more versatility. Remove standing water or recirculate it in your home applications using this High Volume Pump. Gallons Per Hour (GPH) represents the maximum amount of water your pump is capable of pushing at a given Head Height. To ensure the pump's best possible performance, reduce frictional losses by using the largest diameter hose possible.
