| La Crosse Infra-Red Thermometer Have a thermometer available at all times with the La Crosse Infra-Red Thermometer. This hand held device has an infra-red sensor which reads the temperature of the item in front of it. This current temperature is displayed on the center screen in either Fahrenheit or Celsius. The screen also notes the previous minimum and maximum temperatures of the object. These are shown under the current temperature in smaller numerals. This thermometer measures the radiant heat from objects, but is not able to read air temperature. The black plastic housing protects the thermometer, and the included neck strap and carrying case allow you to take it anywhere. The unit uses four included L1154 button cell batteries for power.
