The body offers plenty of room for an avian family, while the 1.5" diameter entry hole near the top invites bluebirds to use the roost. The floor rests 6" below the entry hole, for a comfortable abode. A pitched roof with multicolored shingles covers the home, while slightly wavy lines on the gable add interest to the item. The blue paint with a weathered finish brings even more color to your sanctuary. A drainage slot on the base keeps the nest dry, while ventilation gaps help regulate the internal temperature. Copper trim at the roof crest and a copper cleanout panel complete the look, perfectly contrasting the wooden construction. Use the attached hook on the back of the item to secure it to a wall or post, or add a mounting bracket (not included) to the base to pole mount it.
