Offer your feathered friends an exotic dining spot with the Home Bazaar Pagoda Bird Feeder. This tiered feeder has four textured columns on the bottom level, topped by intricate scrollwork that leads to a second level. Windows on this level keep the seed reservoir in view, and cedar shingles top it. A third level with faux circular windows and a pointed roof cap, as well as additional shingles, completes the unit. A plastic cylinder sits inside the frame, creating a place to hold 1.1 quarts of seed. Three ports at the bottom allow seed to exit onto the robust 8" x 8" platform, and railing around the base creates perching for the birds. A wooden collar underneath the roof helps secure it in the cylinder, protecting seed from moisture. Using only the finest materials available with a painstaking attention to detail, the Pagoda Bird Feeder is handcrafted of kiln-dried hardwood and coated with non-toxic exterior paint. The cedar shingles will naturally patina to a silvery grey color that will add character to the feeder. Use the attached nylon cord to hang this item from a bracket, or place it in a tree. Note: Should you want to preserve the finish (paint) of this feeder, you should select a polyurethane product that is recommended for marine use (UV Rated) that will not turn the white paint yellow. You should expect that once left outside, the product will weather and require refinishing.
