Gilmour Water Weeper Soaker Hose, 5/8", 25'

Water your garden with ease using the Gilmour Water Weeper Soaker Hose. The uniquely textured, weather resistant vinyl hose has thousands of pores, allowing water to "weep" out through the item at a steady and consistent rate. The weeper hose may also be buried in the soil of your plant bed to reduce evaporation and provide direct watering to plant roots. To determine the proper watering rate for your garden or flowerbed, place an empty tuna can within the bed, and check it regularly. The rate at which it fills will help determine your rate of pressure. This hose is recommended to be used at a pressure of 10 to 15 pounds per square inch (PSI) for individual runs up to 100 feet. Sturdy nickel plated couplings offer unrestricted and secure water flow with a removable end cap for flushing.
