Each port has its own perch, and is reinforced with metal for strength and to prevent squirrels from chewing on it. A metal cap protects the seed from rain, and lifts off the unit to refill it in moments. To further keep seed fresh, drainage slots on the metal base enable any captured water to escape. A clear plastic baffle at the bottom of the reservoir directs seed toward the bottom ports, ensuring the item empties completely. Hang this feeder with its attached, stainless steel loop, and attach a seed tray (not included) to the base to invite more birds to feed.
