Add a significant thistle station to your yard using the Droll Yankees Large Domed Cage Thistle Feeder. This generous feeder offers a squirrel resistant design, for your songbirds to dine in comfort. A black metal cage surrounds the tube feeder, and its 1.5" square openings allow small birds passage. A clear plastic baffle tops the item, keeping squirrels from dropping down onto it and pilfering seed. The 21" tall tube accommodates up to 1.3 quarts of thistle seed or thistle blend, and 8 of the 10 ports have a perch beneath for birds to sit while dining. This sturdy, polycarbonate tube offers a clear view of seed levels, and the bright yellow, metal cap and base help attract finches to the feeder. A threaded plug at the base allows the tube to fully remove from the cage for seasonal cleaning. Use the attached metal hanger to place this feeder in a tree or on a bracket, or use a 3/4" threaded adapter (not included) to pole mount the item.
