The 2" x 2" square pole keeps the rack stable, and the included 36" long ground socket adds a strong support. A hub at the top of the pole accommodates the 8 included SuperGourds, and their round entries offer passage for martins easily. The gourds handily attach to the included metal angled arms, while two 36" long perches at the top offer martins a wonderful resting spot. The included pulley and lanyard system allows the racking to be raised and lowered effortlessly, for regular nest checks and maintenance. The pole and arms are crafted from aluminum, for a sturdy item, and the nylon rope includes the necessary hardware for installation. This lasting system is simple to maintain, and the state of the art gourds create a healthy home for the birds.
