Purple Martin SuperGourd Starter System w/8 Gourds, Crescent

Establish a martin colony in your yard or enlarge your current one with the Purple Martin SuperGourd Starter System with 8 Gourds. This system is perfect for both beginning and experienced landlords. The 2" x 2" square pole keeps the rack stable, and the included 48" long ground socket adds a strong support. A hub at the top of the pole accommodates the 8 included SuperGourds, and their crescent shaped entry holes keep starlings out. The gourds handily attach to the included metal angled arms, while two 48" long perches at the top offer martins a wonderful resting spot. The included pulley and lanyard system allows the racking to be raised and lowered effortlessly, for regular nest checks and maintenance. The pole and arms are crafted from aluminum, for a sturdy item, and the nylon rope includes the necessary hardware for installation. This lasting system is simple to maintain, and the state of the art gourds create a healthy home for the birds.
