A recycled plastic roof and base support a 0.25" thick PVC resin seed reservoir. The pitch on the roof protects the seed from moisture, while the faux wood grain adds a natural effect. This tube holds 1 quart of thistle seed, and the four ports enable a few birds to dine simultaneously. Each port is surrounded by metal, to prevent the holes from being enlarged, and two small air holes at the bottom of the tube keep seed ventilated and fresh. Drainage holes on the base help seed stay dry, and the snap-out base allows you to disassemble and clean the unit thoroughly. A metal clip at the top of the roof keeps the feeder locked, so squirrels cannot lift the lid and raid the seed. Hang this item from a branch or hook with the attached metal hanger.
